"Brown," as a word "Brown" was coined from an Old English definition meaning "dusky or dark" color. The color can be associated with inequalities and poverty. It is, however, Brown has become the color used to create negative thoughts. Brown is a color that represents stability, strength and mother earth. Your home will shine by using brown to enhance your interior decor. You can blend brown along with other colors, such as red, yellow or gold. It is a splendid color to accent your furniture.

Beige is considered an exquisite color. It could appear a little pale when contrasted with other strong colors. There is an explanation behind this. The term beige is from a definition which translates to "wool without a dye" or manipulation. It is a sandy, sublime shade which induces a restful or neutral mood. It's ideal when it's paired alongside other beautiful hues such as green or gray. Aqua can be described as the Latin term that is used to represent water. It's a soothing and flowing choice for home decor use. If your home has unsettling moods or a chaotic environment you can cool it down with the peaceful and serene nature of an aqua tone. You would do well to blend aqua with shades like orange and yellow to give a bright and lively feel to the more sombre aqua.

When it comes to design and decor for your home, it is a hue that people typically tend to avoid. The majority of people think that green is not a good color to decorate your home possibly because it reminds one of the pale, green skin tone of an unhealthy person or the disgusting watery green soup. Therefore, why would you consider green as a part of your home decor?. Gray is a hue which is a middle ground between the extreme colors of white and black. It can be neglected due to it being neutral; however, nonetheless, does not mean that it does not have merit when it comes to design and decor. When paired with complimentary colors, gray can lighten the mood of any home. It creates a positive professional, professional, and balanced feel to the home.
